Fred Cunningham Lectures at the National Trial Lawyers Summit

Fred A. Cunningham, a Shareholder at Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, lectured at the National Trial Lawyers Summit in Miami on February 7, 2016. His presentation “Insurance bad faith in Interstate Trucking Cases” was part of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America program.

Mr. Cunningham is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with a statewide and national practice devoted solely to trial work with a focus on litigating complex cases involving insurance company coverage, bad faith and catastrophic injuries. Mr. Cunningham has recovered over 350 million dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients and has devoted his practice to collecting judgments when insurance companies fail to settle valid claims.
