Fred A. Cunningham is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer who has a focus on litigating complex personal injury cases. He specializes in cases involving insurance company bad faith, insurance coverage, and catastrophic injuries. Along with his recognition by the Palm Beach Illustrated, Mr. Cunningham was selected for the Florida Super Lawyers (2020) list, the Florida Super Lawyers: Top 100 (2020) list and the Miami Super Lawyers: Top 100 (2020) list.
Gregory M. Yaffa is a skilled civil trial lawyer with a practice is devoted to representing the victims of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and insurance company bad faith. Mr. Yaffa has also been selected for the Florida Super Lawyers (2020) list.
Jeanmarie Whalen is a civil trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience. Her practice is focused on representing the victims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. Ms. Whalen specializes in complex cases involving trucking, automobile, aviation, maritime, bicycle, motorcycle and pedestrian accidents. Recently, Ms. Whalen has been selected for the Florida Super Lawyers (2020) list and received the Leaders in Law Award from the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL).
