Admission to Practice

Fred A. Cunningham, a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and shareholder in the law firm of Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, has been admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the highest federal court of law. He was sworn in by Chief Justice Roberts at the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington DC on December 6, 2016.

Mr. Cunningham is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a Past President of both the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association.
