Sean C. Sean C. Domnick is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, a Past President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the Florida Justice Association’s Board since 1996. He received the Florida Justice Association’s BJ Masterson Award for Professionalism in 2015 and the Daily Business Review “Verdicts Hall of Fame” Award.

Fred A. Cunningham is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and the 2015 recipient of the Perry Nichols Award, the most prestigious honor given by the Florida Justice Association. He has served as President of both the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association, and is a current Board Member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Gregory M. Yaffa is a Past President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, President of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and former Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Justice Association. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell in insurance, personal injury, and litigation, and currently sits on the Florida Justice Association board.

Troy A. Rafferty is a named shareholder whose practice centers on mass tort and complex pharmaceutical litigation.

We accept case referrals from attorneys throughout Florida and the United States, and we pay referral fees in accordance with the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Fee-sharing arrangements, client disclosures, and consent are handled in accordance with applicable professional responsibility rules. We are committed to ensuring that every referral relationship is structured ethically, transparently, and with the client’s best interests as the highest priority.

Can you serve only as trial counsel?

Yes. Every association is different. In some matters we become involved early in the investigation, while in others we are retained primarily for litigation, trial preparation, or courtroom presentation.
