A few days ago, somewhere between mile marker 126 and our office, I flipped the satellite radio from football to news and caught Paul Renner mid-sentence, selling his Wall Street Journal piece on Florida’s recent insurance and legal reforms like a timeshare.
I pulled off to get a coffee, and by the time it cooled, I was getting more heated, thumbing notes into my phone.
