Sean C. Domnick, Esq. Announces Candidacy for Parliamentarian of American Association for Justice

Sean C. Domnick, Esq. a shareholder at Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida announced today his candidacy for Parliamentarian of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). The election will be held at the Annual Convention in Denver, Colorado in July 2018.

The mission of the American Association for Justice is to promote a fair and effective justice system and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms. Once elected, the Parliamentarian enters a six-year leadership ladder that culminates as President of the 20,000-member national organization.

Mr. Domnick stated, “It is a privilege to have served on the leadership of this incredible organization for the past decade and contribute to a mission that truly impacts and empowers victims of injustice. If elected I will proudly carry the torch to ensure consumers are protected and our members have the tools they need to best represent their clients.”

Mr. Domnick has an extensive record of leadership on a local, state and national level, born from an unwavering commitment to professional service. He currently serves as Chair of the AAJ Budget Committee and as a member of the AAJ Executive Committee. Additionally, he is President-Elect of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and has served as a Board of Director for the Florida Justice Association since 1996 and as Past President of the Miami-Dade Justice Association. He is the 2015 recipient of the BJ Masterson Award, an award given to attorneys who display the highest degree of ethical professionalism, and has received the AAJ Distinguished Service Award in 2012, 2014 and 2016 and the Above and Beyond Award in 2017.
