RDCY Shareholders Sean C. Domnick and Troy A. Rafferty Honored With Prestigious Florida Justice Association Awards
Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa shareholders Sean C. Domnick and Troy A. Rafferty have been honored by the Florida Justice Association with two awards recognizing their advocacy, leadership and service to the legal profession. Domnick will receive the Al J. Cone Lifetime Achievement Award, while Rafferty will receive the Jon E. Krupnick Award for Perseverance. Both awards will be presented at FJA’s 2026 Masters of Justice seminar.
The recognition reflects careers that have combined client advocacy with leadership in the civil justice community. Domnick has represented victims of catastrophic injuries and families in wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability and nursing home abuse matters. He has also held leadership roles in several legal organizations and has served on the FJA Board of Directors since 1996.
Rafferty has spent more than three decades representing individuals and families in dangerous product and mass tort litigation. His work has included leadership roles in major national proceedings as well as years of pro bono advocacy for survivors of abuse at the former Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys.
