Shareholders Gregory M. Yaffa and Sean C. Domnick Elected as PBCJA Officers
(PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLA.) Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, a national plaintiff litigation firm, is pleased to announce that shareholders Gregory M. Yaffa and Sean C. Domnick have been elected leaders of the Palm Beach County Justice Association. Mr. Yaffa will serve as President and Mr. Domnick will serve as Secretary for the 2016 Term. Elections were hosted at the National Croquet Center in West Palm Beach on January 13, 2016.
Mr. Yaffa and Mr. Domnick continue a tradition of leadership for Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, a firm that places great value on service to professional associations. Mr. Yaffa formerly served as President of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Justice Association. He has a successful plaintiffs’ practice dedicated to litigating complex cases and currently serves on the Board of the Florida Justice Association. Mr. Domnick is Past President of the Miami Dade Trial Lawyers Association and currently serves as a Board of Governor for the American Association for Justice. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and the 2015 recipient of the Florida Justice Association BJ Masterson Award for Professionalism and the Daily Business Review “Verdicts Hall of Fame” Award. Named shareholder Fred A. Cunningham also served as President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association in 2009 and is Past President of the Florida Justice Association.
The Palm Beach County Justice Association is a countywide organization comprised of 350 trial attorneys and 75 paralegals that represent the plaintiff in civil cases. It has grown to be the most dynamic countywide trial lawyer organization in the state.
