Sean Domnick Shares Insights on Legislative and Case Law Updates at Palm Beach County Justice Association Webinar

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (May 18, 2021) – Sean Domnick, a Shareholder of Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, was featured on a panel at the Palm Beach County Justice Association webinar on Friday, May 14th. The webinar, “Legislative and Case Law Updates,” discussed bills that passed during the 2021 Florida Legislative session, the impact they have on Plaintiff attorney practices and new laws that may be introduced in future sessions.

Mr. Domnick is a Past President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and he currently serves as Secretary of the American Association for Justice and Vice-Chair of the Code & Rules of Evidence Committee for the Florida Bar Association.
