PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (January 29, 2019) – Fred Cunningham, a Shareholder at Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, lectured at the National Trial Lawyers Summit in Miami Beach on January 20, 2019.

The National Trial Lawyers Summit hosts approximately 600 of the most outstanding civil plaintiff and criminal defense attorneys in America annually, and featured keynote speaker, Nick Saban, head football coach at the University of Alabama.

Mr. Cunningham’s speech, “Interstate & Intrastate Components of Bad Faith,” discussed the importance of understanding bad faith law in cases of catastrophic injury. Mr. Cunningham is a sought-after lecturer with a national trial reputation for successfully resolving complex insurance bad faith cases, evidenced by close to $500 million in settlements and verdicts.

Mr. Cunningham, a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, has tried cases in every major city in Florida and has over 30 years of courtroom experience. He serves on the Board of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and is a Fellow of American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel and the International Society of Barristers.
