RDCY Shareholders Lecture at Palm Beach County Bench Bar

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (February 27, 2019) – Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa Shareholders Fred A. Cunningham and Sean C. Domnick served on a panel during the 2019 Palm Beach County Bar Association Bench Bar Conference hosted on February 22, 2019. The panel was assembled for the Personal Injury Litigation Session and covered the topic, “Bad Faith and First Party Property: Weathering the Storm.” Mr. Cunningham and Mr. Domnick were asked to discuss the roles they played in the firms’ recent victory in the Harvey v. Geico case which was decided by the Florida Supreme Court on September 20, 2018. They served on the panel with esteemed colleagues Judge Meenu Sasser, Laurie Adams, Steve Teebagy and moderator Sia Baker Barnes.

The Palm Beach County Bar Association hosts this annual event as a cooperative endeavor to stimulate conversation between the Bench and Bar. Approximately 800 people from the legal community attended the event themed “Breaking Barriers and Sharing Solutions.” The luncheon program included Chief Judge Krista Marx and Florida Bar President, Michelle Suskauer.
