Fred Cunningham Inducted as a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates

Fred A. Cunningham, a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and Shareholder in the law firm of Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, has been inducted as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Membership for this distinguished organization is by invitation only, and extended to trial lawyers whose high personal character and honorable reputation are evident by their skill, civility, and integrity. ABOTA was created in 1957 to ensure the preservation of the civil jury trial, “Justice by the People.” The organization has dedicated the past 60 years to fostering the highest ethical standards in the field of advocacy by cultivating a spirit of loyalty, fellowship, and professionalism.

Mr. Cunningham has a national practice devoted to representing victims of catastrophic personal injury and insurance bad faith. His extensive record of leadership includes service as Past President of both the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association. In addition to ABOTA, he has the distinct privilege of serving as a member of the Melvin M, Belli Society, a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a Fellow of the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel.
