Local Litigator Greg Yaffa Serves on Bad Faith Panel

Gregory M. Yaffa, a shareholder at Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, was a lecturer during the Florida Justice Association Workhorse Seminar hosted at the Orlando World Center Marriott. His topic, “How Federal Bad Faith Decisions are Impacting Your Everyday Practices,” was part of a panel addressing Bad Faith litigation in Florida.

Mr. Yaffa is the current President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and is a regular contributor to the Florida Justice Association Journal column titled “Insurance Decisions from Around the State.”
