Greg Yaffa Presents Supreme Court Update on Bad Faith Law to Statewide Audience of Trial Attorneys

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (November 15, 2018) – Gregory M. Yaffa, a Shareholder at Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, was a presenter during the Florida Justice Association Masters of Justice Convention on October 11, 2018. His topic “Florida Bad Faith Law as it Relates to the Motor Vehicle Crash Case,” provided a primer on bad faith litigation and an update on the recent Suzanne Harvey, etc. v. Geico General Insurance Company Florida Supreme Court decision affirming the application of Florida bad faith law.

Mr. Yaffa is a successful civil trial lawyer with a practice devoted to representing the victims of catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and insurance company bad faith.
