Greg Yaffa, a shareholder at Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa was a featured speaker on the recent Florida Justice Association Insurance Bad Faith Seminar, hosted at the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota, Florida. Mr. Yaffa’s topic “The Target is You: Discovery of Communications with Insurance Lawyers and Your Clients” was presented at the Masters of Justice Annual Convention.

Gregory M. Yaffa is a civil trial lawyer and shareholder at Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa. He devotes his practice to representing the victims of catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and insurance company bad faith.
