DCY Shareholders Fred Cunningham and Greg Yaffa Featured at the Masters of Justice Seminar

Florida Justice Association’s Masters of Justice Seminar

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (October 8, 2020) – Fred Cunningham and Greg Yaffa, shareholders of Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, were featured at the Florida Justice Association’s 2020 Masters of Justice Seminar. The event was held virtually this year due to the impacts of coronavirus. Mr. Yaffa was the program co-chair for the Insurance & Bad Faith Seminar, which was held on Thursday, September 24th. He lectured on the topic of, “Global Settlement Conferences & Choice of Law.” Mr. Cunningham and Mr. Yaffa were both panelists for the, “Most Common Fielded Bad Faith Calls,” panel discussion. Mr. Cunningham and Mr. Yaffa are both highly experienced civil trial attorneys who specialize in complex catastrophic injuries and insurance bad faith cases. They are frequent lecturers at the annual FJA Masters of Justice Convention and often speak on topics relating to their experience litigating against insurance companies.
