PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (June 21, 2021) – RDCY Shareholder Fred Cunningham was featured at the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association (BCTLA) as a panelist for their seminar, “Expanding Your Personal Injury Practice: Think Outside of the Box.” The webinar took place on June 15th and discussed topics such as mass torts, business interruption, bad faith, and trucking-aviation catastrophic crashes.

BCTLA was founded to serve the members of the legal profession in Broward County who focus on civil litigation. They work within the Judiciary of Broward County, Florida on matters that affect the legal community.

Fred Cunningham is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with a successful statewide and national practice. For over three decades he has dedicated his career to litigating complex personal injury cases that involve insurance company bad faith, insurance coverage, and catastrophic injuries.
