PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (September 1, 2021) – RDCY Shareholders Fred Cunningham and Greg Yaffa presented at the Palm Beach County Justice Association’s webinar on Friday, August 27th. The presentation, “Bad Faith – You Have Your Verdict, Now What?” discussed the fundamentals of bad faith insurance cases and analyzed the current and future developments of bad faith law in Florida.

Fred A. Cunningham is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer whose practice is devoted solely to trial work with a focus on litigating complex cases involving insurance company bad faith, insurance coverage, and catastrophic injuries.
