RDCY Attorneys Lead Lectures at 2018 PBCJA Business of Law Seminar

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (October 9, 2018) – Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa attorneys Sean Domnick, Greg Yaffa and Nicole Kruegel lectured during the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCJA) 2018 Business of Law Seminar hosted at Manatee Lagoon in West Palm Beach.

Mr. Domnick, current President of PBCJA, gave introductory remarks and moderated the all day program. Greg Yaffa, a RDCY Shareholder and Past President of PBCJA gave a primer on Bad Faith including developments on a recent Supreme Court decision affirming Florida Bad Faith Law. Nicole Kruegel lectured on the topic “Medical records retrieval and review.”

The speakers were part of a full day seminar program dedicated to helping trial lawyers understand the fundamentals of the managing a plaintiff law practice. PBCJA is a professional association comprised of more than 500 trial attorneys who represent the plaintiff in civil cases.
