Motorcyclist John Potts was killed in August of 2006 after driver James Harvey drove into an intersection on a flashing red light. Following the accident and death, GEICO (the insurer) sent a settlement check of $100,000 to the attorney of Potts’ estate. This attorney, Sean Domnick, asked the insurance adjuster whether Harvey could be made available to discuss any other insurance policies or collectible assets he might have.
