Fred Cunningham Appointed to Board of International Academy of Trial Lawyers

Fred A. Cunningham, a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and shareholder in the law firm of Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL). Mr. Cunningham was inducted as a Fellow of IATL in 2014, and received the appointment to the current Board by President Mark White at the March 2018 Annual Meeting in Austin, TX.

IATL is a group of truly elite trial lawyers representing both sides of the Bar: prosecutors and defense lawyers in criminal cases, and plaintiffs’ and defense counsel in civil litigation (including business and personal injury cases). While the majority of the Fellows come from the U.S., the Academy includes lawyers from more than 30 countries. Fellowship is by invitation only, and trial lawyers are invited to become Fellows only after an extremely careful vetting process.

Mr. Cunningham has a national practice devoted to representing victims of catastrophic personal injury and insurance bad faith. His extensive record of leadership includes service as Past President of both the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association. In addition to IATL, he has the distinct privilege of serving as a member of ABOTA, the Melvin M, Belli Society, and as a Fellow of the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel.
